About Us
Yeo Gerein Law's founder, Jaclyn Yeo Gerein, was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. She was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2006 and has practiced in civil litigation and corporate and commercial law. She has spent the last 13 years as in-house General Counsel for a dynamic corporate group that operates in both Alberta and British Columbia. Jaclyn has also acted as Chief Compliance Officer for a registered entity and has worked with both the Alberta and British Columbia securities commissions.
